I am Chapter 13 meaning I pay a monthly fee to the trustee and they pay the debts (for 5 years) then it will be taken off of my credit report.  Do I need to include my student loan even though the monthly lump sum covers more than the student loan debt?

If you are no longer a student you do not enter your student loans on a tax return.

If you are paying for the student loans and receive a Form 1098-E for the interest paid, the interest is entered on your tax return.
