Regarding the 1095-B:

For tax year 2019, if you did not have Affordable Care Act insurance (Marketplace insurance reported on Form 1095-A), you do not need to report your insurance on your federal tax return. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act reduced the penalty for not having health insurance to zero, so there is no need to report it on your federal return unless you received the Premium Tax Credit as part of the Affordable Care Act (reported on 1095-A). So, if you only had a 1095-B, you do not need to report it federally.

Regarding the 1099-B, you will need to upgrade to Premier to report this income. It will probably not increase your refund unless the information on your 1099-B results in a capital loss. However, you do have to upgrade to Premier to determine this. Either way, you must report the 1099-B.
