Question

I have 2 1098-T forms from separate institutions. I only attended 1 school in 2019, do I add the 2nd form from the other school even though I didn't attend in 2019?

Only attended one college during the year of 2019, but received a second 1098-T form from previously enrolled college with the first box filled out.

If you did not pay the tuition reported in box 1 of 1098-T from the school that you did not attend, then you should not enter that form 1098-T in your tax return.
