You should put in the name of the bank who holds the mortgage even if it's not on your form. The IRS has the same copy of your 1098 so there is no need for concern.

If your bank is not on the drop down list of banks that are partnered with TurboTax to allow you to import the 1098, then click on "I'll type it in myself" and then key it in by hand.
