You will file a part-year Kentucky return.  Since you have decided to make Kentucky your home, it is no longer a temporary residence.  However, your Florida income is not taxable in Kentucky, and Florida does not have a state return for income tax, so you only need to file a part-year return to claim the income you earned in Kentucky.
