I’m doing my 2019 tax return but I never knew how to put my 1098 t on here until now I don’t think I file for 2017 1098 t can I do it now or it’s to late ?

You can amend or file a tax return for refund up to three years after the due date of the original tax return, so you have plenty of time .

You can amend previous tax returns and enter the 1098T on them-- you cannot stick 1098T's from earlier years on your 2019 return.  And...if you were someone else's dependent for those years.... the person who claimed you as a dependent gets the education credit.
