I’m filling out the student information worksheet and turbo tax wont accept my school state or zip code answers. Pls help

If you're getting an error code that TurboTax won't accept your school state or zip code, generally, it means your state code and the zip code you entered don't match. Please check your entries to make sure you didn't enter a wrong state code from the drop down menu.

Make sure you are using the correct two letter state abbreviation. For example, Arizona should be AZ (not AR).
