I received 2 Associate Degrees, 1 in 2009 and 1 in 2010 from a tech school. I am now enrolled full time with a university to get my Bachelor's. Do I qualify for AOTC?

You can get the AOC a total of four times for undergraduate education. So, depending on whether you used it during any of those previous years, you might still be able to use it now. But if you were a dependent on anyone else's tax return and the credit was used for you---those times "count" toward the total of four---so check with your parents if you were claimed then.
