Question

I received grants that paid for tuition for my school, and my school said I won't receive a 1098-t, what do I need to do?

You would still enter your education information under the Form 1098-T section. However, you will tell the program you qualify for an exception.  

  • Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
  • To the right upper corner, in the search box, type in “1098t” and Enter
  • Select Jump to 1098t
  • Follow prompts.  See the attached screenshot
