I think there is an issue with the website. It says I don't have the lifetime learning credit, but it won't file without upgrading because it says i have it. Please help
On Education credits, the site says i do not qualify for the lifetime learning credit. But when i press file, it won't do so without upgrading because it says i have the credit. I don't need or want the credit, nor am I eligible. can this be fixed so I can file?
