I took job-related class, Is it deductible?

I took career related class and my company sponsored it, listed on W2 BOX 14 as "1670.00 TUITN".

Wonder if it's deductible, and if yes, how to enter through TurboTax?

If this tuition has been paid by your employer, then it is not deductible for you. It is listed in box 14 for information only.

Even if you had paid that tuition, it would not be deductible as this is a job-related expense.

Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the itemized deductions for job-related expenses subject to the 2% of AGI floor are suspended for expenses incurred after December 31, 2017 through 2025.

No, job expenses, included tuition, are no longer deductible for W-2 employees.

Box 14 on a W-2 is only informational.  You would have to ask your employer what the  $1670 was for.  It  was most likely tax free tuition, paid by the employer, and not deductible by you.  They're just reminding you how nice they were to pay this for you.  Employers are allowed to provide up to $5250 in tax-free tuition reimbursement to employees. Anything over $5250 should be added to the employee's W-2 as taxable income.
