Nursery school, preschool, and similar pre-kindergarten programs are considered child care by the IRS.

You may be able to claim the child and dependent care credit if you paid expenses for the care of a qualifying individual to enable you (and your spouse, if filing a joint return) to work or actively look for work.

You (and your spouse, if married) must have earned income, such as from a job or from running your own business

If you or your wife don't have earned income, TurboTax will ask you if your were students or disabled.

If one spouse is a full-time student or disabled, earned income for that person is set at $250 per month. If both of you are full-time students or disabled, your earned income is set at $500 per month.

I’m a full time employee(has a W2) but my wife is homemaker(doesn’t have a W2). Both are not students and disabled.

In my situation, am I able to get a deduction?

if I can get this benefit, where can I put this information? Thank you.

No.  In order to claim the credit, both you and your wife would need to work or be students.  If your wife is not working and not a student, then you are not eligible to claim a child and dependent care credit.
