I was doing my tax return and was not asked about my 1098

If you are referring to a 1098 for Mortgage Interest,

 

You can go Federal (from the menu on the left)

 

Choose Deductions & Credits from the menu at the top.

 

Choose Mortgage Interest and Refinancing 

 

If you are referring to your 1098T or 1098E you can enter those in the Deductions & Credits section also, just scroll down to Education and follow the on screen prompts.
