I was eligible for a $7500 federal EV tax credit in 2019 tax but only able to claim about $4000. Can I claim the remaining amount in 2020?

In 2019, I bought an EV which made me eligible for a $7500 tax credit. I claimed about $4000 in 2019 due to my tax responsibility that year. Can I pick up the leftover in 2020 and claim the remaining amount in the 2020 tax return through Turbo Tax?

Any remaining credit is not carried over to the next tax year.
