If a student cancelled and i refunded the tuition, where do i enter that?

I assume you're running some sort of school or day care,

 

In the business income and expenses interview, you will reach a screen "Enter Business income that's not on a 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC".  One of the boxes will be for "Returns and Allowances". Enter any refunds you gave there.
