If I buy a tsla in next week and may be I will get delivery in June. Can I claim federal tax credit while filing 2022 tax return?

No, you cannot get the credit on your 2022 tax return. You didn't buy the car in 2022. If you buy it now and the car is delivered in June, you will get the credit on your 2023 tax return, provided that you, and the car, meet all the requirements for the credit.

    The credit is claimed when you take delivery.  In some cases under the new law, you can claim the credit when you place the order, but in your case, both those things will be happening in 2023.
