If I graduated from college in 2022 is my occupation still student?

You can use "student" if you want to.  The IRS does not use "occupation" for anything that will affect your tax due or refund.

It depends on what you were doing at the end of 2022.  The occupation question is for statistical purposes only, so you cannot get the answer wrong.  It will not have any affect on your return.
