If I'm a Teacher becoming certified through the Alternate Route Program should I enter the cost of tuition in the educator expense section AND the 1098-T section?

No. You will enter your tuition expenses in the 1098-T section only. The educator expense section is for claiming any classroom expenses that you incurred. It is limited to $250.00 per year. Please view the TurboTax FAQ below for information on how to enter form 1098-T.
