Question

If my schooling was completely paid for by FASFA, do I need to hit "yes" or "no" when it asks me about deducting the cost of things I had to buy in order to attend class?

It depends. The only way to claim an education credit is to not be claimed as a dependent. By schooling completely paid for by FAFSA, do you mean through scholarships and grants or through loans?

Where do I enter student loan interest (Form 1098-E)?

Where do I enter Form 1098-T?
