In 2020 I received a SBA COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL). I used that loan strictly for payroll for myself (I am a sole proprietor). How do I claim this?

The EIDL loan is not taxable. As a sole proprietor, you do not report it on your tax return.
