Question

In "Education Expenses Summary" it lists me as working towards a degree, is this correct if I just graduated end of December 2024?

Yes, as long as you were a student working on a degree any time in 2024, you are a student working on a degree for all of 2024.

    According to the IRS:

"For at least one academic period beginning (or treated as beginning) in 2024, the student both:

    a. Was enrolled in a program that leads to a degree,

certificate, or other recognized educational credential; and

    b. Carried at least one-half the normal full-time workload for their course of study."
