Incorrect 1098T

My college counts tuition in box 1 based on when it was billed (e.g Dec 2018) and not when it was paid (Feb 2019). Can i include the tuition paid on my tax return even thought my 1098T shows $0? Since I am a tax payer on a cash basis, I think the amount should be what I paid in 2019 and I used 529 money to cover the cost of the tuition.

Yes, you can enter the amount you actually paid for Education Expenses if your 1098-T is not correct.

Check the box that says 'this is not the amount I actually paid to the school' (screenshot).

    Save your receipts.

    Hello.

I made a mistake on entering my 1098-T box 1 #.  I need to select the "what is this is not what this person paid to the school".  I cannot get back to that screen, though.  I just get a "you dont qualify for this credit" message.  Please help me get back to the screen where I enter 1098-T information.
