IRS Student Transcript

 I've tried to create an account in the IRS website, yet no matter the information I give them it locks up because my phone # is not by one of the big carriers. Currently have Google Fi as a result I can't finish the registration process and due to Covid-19 I am not able to contact them by others means to attained said PDF document for my state.  I was wondering if Turbotax can generate a IRS Transcript? If not is there another way to get it? As stated before IRS website locks me out for 24 hours after ive tried typing my number 3 times, with all possible patterns from (xxx)XXX-XXXX to no characters.
