Is it correct that the arkansas state has given me a deduction for school when I am being claimed on my parents tax return and didn't relfect the 1098T on my tax return

I did not enter the 1098T information on my federal tax return because I am a dependent on my parents and it will be filed on their tax return.  But the state tax return is reflecting the difference of $1359.00 which is the difference between box 1 (4541.00) and box 5 (1824.00).  Is it correct that this should be reflected on my state returns?

No.

If your parents are claiming you as a dependent and claiming the education credits, they would be the taxpayers who receive the education credit on Form AR1075 in Arkansas.  This form is only allowed on a per student per type of institution basis.

Review your input under the My info section of the program.  Make sure you have selected that you can be claimed as a dependent by someone else.
