Is it possible if I using my student loan interest tax form for school in 2019 since i did not file it in 2020 I

No, you can only claim the interest that was paid in the tax year for which you are filing. 

 

If the form would make a difference on your 2019 return, you have the option to amend that 2019 return and claim that interest.

 

 

You have 3 years from the date you filed your return (or 2 years after you paid the tax due, whichever is later) to file an amended return.
