Probably not, but you don't need one.  If your school use to issue 1098-Ts, then you qualify for an exception, for not having one.  When asked if you got a 1098-T, answer no.  On the next question, check that you qualify for an exception.  TT will then allow you to enter your tuition and other expenses. 

 

If you claim the tuition credit, you do need to report that you got a 1098-T or that you qualify for an exception.
