Question

It says I don't qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit. It's forcing me to get deluxe because it says you have lifetime lrng credit. How do I file without deluxe?

Earlier in the application it says "you don't qualfiy for the Lifetime Learning Credit." However, at the end, it says I need to upgrade to the deluxe because "you have the lifetime learning credit." How do I file without deluxe?

Do you have a 1098-T and if yes, what is in Box 1 and Box 5. 

Do you know why you do not qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit?

Yes, I have a 1098-T. I put the amounts off of my form from boxes 1 and 5. It didn’t say why I didn’t get the lifetime learning credit.
