In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

Federal Taxes Tab (Personal for H&B version)

Deductions & Credits

-Scroll down to:

--Education

  --Education Expenses and Scholarships

Follow the interview.  You will need your 1098-T or qualify for an exception.

And....The Lifetime Learning Credit will not be added to your refund.  It can only reduce your tax owed.
