My school (against my wishes) paid for my Spring 2024 tuition in December 2023 from an account it had for me that added to my student loan obligations as a result.   I did not claim this tuition amount the university paid in December 2023 for my Spring 2024 term on my 2023 taxes, but want to use that amount now for my 2024 taxes (since the payment was for my Spring 2024 term and I did not use this paid amount to determine my LLC on my 2023 taxes).

Can I use the amount paid in December 2023 (by the school from my loan account) for my Spring 2024 term to calculate my 2024 LLC  if I did not use this amount to calculate my eligible LLC for my 2023 taxes?

No. You would have to amend your 2023 return.
