Question

My 1098 has been entered. In the review, it keeps re-asking the same set of questions - use of loan, and a field on TurboTax's form. How do I resolve this loop?

I have not refinanced nor have I used the loan for anything other than my house's mortgage. However, TurboTax keeps circling back between the loan use questions and a field on their form that should be blank, but isn't (but I can't select anything to change that).

TurboTax Deluxe Online

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
