My daughter got scholarships which paid for all her tuition, room and board. does that mean she paid for more than half of her living expenses? She lived on campus .

Scholarships are not considered in calculating support. See this worksheet.

A. No.  That is not her money.  Consider it third party support The actual  rule is that, for student-child dependents,  scholarship money and the expenses it pays for are ignored, in the support calculation.
