My parents claimed me as a dependent, but I paid some (Around $500) out-of pocket education expenses. They paid my loan payments. Can include those in my taxes?

If your parents claim you as a dependent, only they can claim your education expenses (form 1098-T) even if you paid part of the expenses.

You cannot claim any education expenses on your tax return.
