My refund was offset for a student loan that was not mines. Dept of Ed authorized all 3 credit reporting agencies to remove it off my reports. Can i get my money back.

It's been found that the loan was done fraudulently by the school I attended in 1983. Its been removed from my credit reports and when checking the offset has been removed also.

You have to call the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Treasury Offset Program Call Center, at 800-304-3107, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. You probably will not be able to reach anyone there until the government shutdown ends.

That is a question for the Dept of Ed and/or the IRS.  TurboTax has no involvement with refunds that were offset for any reason.
