My tax record says 570 with a date of 2/28/2022 but nothing has changed and no letter

An IRS Transaction Code (TC) 570 indicates that there is an “Additional Liability Pending and/or Credit Hold” on your tax return.

You might check to see if there’s a TC 571, which reverses the TC 570.

You didn’t actually post a question, so hopefully this is helpful.  If not, please re-post with more detail.

You can also see the IRS's Master File Codes for relevant information.

You’ll notice that neither of these documents is particularly recent.
