How do you know that? There must be more to the story.

Does the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your refund has actually been sent?

Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund? If so, your funds go first from the IRS to a temporary bank account in your name at an intermediary bank. That bank subtracts the fees then sends the rest on to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit. If you did use that option to pay fees, we can tell you how to check on it at the intermediary company SBTPG that handles that.

Or did you have your refund deposited to a brokerage account? A brokerage account sometimes uses a designated third-party bank to handle it's deposit accounts.

I was wondering what might be taking my refund so long I filled on feb the 28 and still haven’t heard anything

The IRS is having a hard time this year. Each return must be cross checked for the normal and now with the new laws:

stimulus- is it correct, pay missing amounts, do they need to be added to the new stimulus
unemployment - is it on there, was it filed with the $10,200 subtraction, does it need to be adjusted
premium tax credit - is it on there, is there an amount due, adjust the return
EIC - is it on, were they banned, is there a record of release to claim?
Child credit -anybody else claim, how old are kids, what is allowed
and so on for still more, it is a long process this year to check each return for so many things.
