Non-dependent student expenses Where do parking and food services fit into this list? What is Special Needs Expenses? What are Adjustments?

My non-dependent child is in college and has scholarships.  I am paying her additional cost from a 529 account.

Food services is entered as room & board.  Parking is not a qualified expenses for a 529 distribution.

 

Expenses for special needs services needed by a special needs beneficiary must be incurred in connection with enrollment or attendance at an eligible postsecondary school. You'll know when you see it.
