Ohio Schedule A Line 30 [Pell taxable grant amounts used to pay room & board] doesn't appear to be available in TurboTax

I've researched for you and the option to enter Pell grant information will not appear unless you enter an amount in box 5 from your 1098-T in the Federal portion. Here's what to do:
- In TurboTax Online, in the Search box above toward the right, type Education. Click on the jump to Education link
- Under Here's Your Education Summary, in the Tuition area, click Edit
- You should then see the prompt about your 1098-T. (Screenshot attached)
- Enter the amount in Box 5 -Scholarships/grants from your 1098-T. Finish the interview entirely until you get to the Health Insurance portion. Stop there and go back to State Taxes (Screenshot attached)
- Continue your Ohio return. After initial interview questions about your residence, you will see the screen Here's the income that Ohio handles differently. You should see the Pell grant option. (Screenshot attached)
