Question

On my W4 under step 4(b) deductions line 4 reads: Enter an estimate of your student loan interest. Where can I find how much I paid before loans went in forbearance?

I use nelnet and they do not have any forms available for me to view that show me how much interest I paid last year before loans were frozen. Because of this, I am not sure if I should enter 0.

Look at your 2019 return. I wouldn’t stress over this since it probably won’t affect your withholding in a major way.
