You don't need to enter any Employer Info when entering your 1098-T.  You do need to enter the Filer's Federal ID Number, which should be on your 1098-T.

If you don't enter the Filer's Federal ID Number, you can enter your Education Expenses, but will not qualify for the American Opportunity Credit.

Contact the school if the number is not on your 1098-T.  You can enter Education Expenses without a 1098-T.
