Outlet for electric car

Thanks for your help.

If I installed an outlet plug ( 50-60 Amp Up To 50 Ft) for my electric vehicle (EV) instead of an actual EV charger, can we still apply the credit in this case?

    You can still likely apply the tax credit for installing an outlet plug for your EV. The credit covers the installation of qualified refueling property, including outlet plugs.
