Qualified Education Expenses

Can I claim thesis submission fees, late payment fees, or bus pass fees that my university charged me as qualified education expenses?

The thesis submission fees qualify as they are required for your course.

Late payment fees and not deductible in general.

Transportation fees are not considered qualified education expenses.
