Regardless of whether I qualify for student loan interest reduction I want to be able to enter the amount on my taxes!! Please correct this

Please tell me how to manually enter this information. Currently your system will not let me put this information in and just tells me I make too much to qualify. I don't care I still want to put down the amount I paid for my own records and to be a part of my tax history.

But TT follows the IRS rules (and is required to do so), so it will not be on the tax return if you do not qualify. I suppose you could fill out a tax return by hand if you insist, and file it by mail.
