Question

Should I mark "yes" to the question "have you earned four years of college credit before 2020?" if I have been in college for 6 years with no degree?

Your answer is NO.    If you have not earned your bachelors degree you have not yet completed four years of college education.   The questions are leading to whether you can get the American Opportunity Credit--because you can only get that credit a total of four times before you get a bachelors degree.
