Should I still report my 1098 form from College is all my expenses were paid for and had some left over ?

Yes, you should enter the Form 1098-T and the additional required educational expenditures.

 

If your Scholarships and Grants exceed the amount of qualified educational expenses, you will have taxable income which is required to be reported on your return.
