Since there is a hold on student loans, do I need to select that I am paying them off even though I haven't touched them since graduating college?

Obviously I will pay them off monthly once they are unfrozen so I am wondering if I should elect that I am paying off student loans during this tax season even though I won't start again until May 1st, 2022.

As you haven't repaid any student loans during the pause, you should answer No to the question.
