Question

So I am a high school student. Do I put full time student for my occupation. I also have a part time job.

Yes, you can put student since that is your main job. You could also put student/job title.

A recommend the term "student-dependent" for occupation, as long as you continue to be your parent's dependent.  But, it's not really important.  The IRS uses it mostly for statistical purposes.
