STARTED GRAD SCHOOL PROG AT MIDWESTERN UNIV 7/6/2020. MOVED FROM WISC. I WILL BE ATTENDING SCHOOL IN ARZONA UNTIL 2023. DO I NEED TO FILE FOR SPLIT RESIDENCY FOR 2020?

I do plan on living in Arizona until graduation. The program I am attending is an accelerated 3 year program(continuous). not sure if I will be moving back to Wisconsin when finished with program.

The general rule, for students, is that you are still a resident of your home state, while you are "temporarily away" from home attending school. If you are still your parent's dependent, this is still true for you.

Otherwise, it's somewhat marginal, if you still have a permanent address in WI. But I'd say you are now an AZ resident.
