If I drive a tractor trailer over 1900 hours a year, can I receive the $7500.00 tax credit?
Not on your 2024 tax return. There is a proposed bill in Congress that may apply to tax years 2025 and 2026, but the bill was just introduced, so nothing has been finalized as of today. You can track the legislative progress of that bill by clicking the link here.
