The 2022 Turbo Tax forms for Iowa call for a 12 digit School Tuition Organization Credit certificate number, but they are only issuing 5 digit certificate numbers???

I have the same issue. I called the School that issued the Certificate and they said to contact your Tax Software provider for the fix to accept a 5 digit code. I don't see that this has been fixed. Or - is there a Workaround?

The issue of having a mandatory 12 digit School Tuition Organization Credit Certificate number has been review and corrected. You should be able to move past the certificate number screen without getting in a loop requesting a 12 digit code. @msullivan2
