Question

The Maine Educational Opportunity Tax Credit Worksheet requires submission of a college transcript. How do I add it to the electronic filing?

You cannot attach document to a TurboTax return electronically.   If you have a document that you need to attach, you will have to print and mail your state return.  You can still e-file your federal return.
